Welcome to WISETRACK TECHNOLOGIES LLP.  By using our payment services via Razorpay, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a transaction.

1. General Terms

  • By making a payment through Razorpay, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • All transactions made through Razorpay are subject to verification and approval.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction at our discretion.

2. Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay’s payment gateway.
  • We do not store your credit/debit card or banking details. All transactions are encrypted and handled by Razorpay.
  • Transaction processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refund requests will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
  • If a payment is deducted but the transaction fails, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
  • Cancellations must be requested within the allowed time frame specified in our service agreement.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices listed on our website are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as mentioned.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • We take security seriously and use SSL encryption to protect payment transactions.
  • We are not responsible for any unauthorized transactions made using your credentials. Please ensure your payment details are kept secure.
  • If we detect any fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and take appropriate legal action.
