1. Service Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Service Cancellation Before Execution: If you cancel
your service request before we begin working on it, a full or partial refund may be issued based on
the work already completed.
- Service Already Provided: If the service has been fully
delivered as per the agreed terms, refunds will not be applicable.
- Partial Completion: If the service has been partially
completed, a prorated refund may be considered based on the work completed and resources utilized.
- Non-Refundable Services: Some services, including but
not limited to consultation fees, digital products, and customized solutions, are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process & Turnaround Time
Once a refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7
working days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method, subject to banking
and payment gateway processing times.
- Refunds via credit/debit card may take an additional
2-4 business days to reflect in your account.
- Refunds via bank transfer or UPI may be processed
faster, typically within 3-5 business days.
- Any applicable transaction fees or processing charges may be deducted from the
refund amount.
3. Service Modifications & Adjustments
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to reach out to us for
modifications
or adjustments before requesting a refund. Our team will work with you to resolve any concerns and

a satisfactory experience.
